Origami

A time capsule is a container of any type, size or color that is buried beneath the ground and is usually filled with chosen symbolic items of a person or of the group of people who created it. If I was given the chance to add an item to the time capsule of my graduating class, it would be a jar full of origami with our names and aspirations for the future written inside them. This will represent our generation because when we choose to open our time capsule in ten or so years, we will remember who we were as independent persons and reminisce about how we aged with grace.

Since the mere thought of the future intrigues us all, this idea will make us comprehend what we really want to be and we want to do after graduating. This decision will not be our friends’ or parents’ but this aspiration will be truly ours to take. It may be a subjective goal to achieve, or a simple being of expression. Alongside our origami, we will find a way to discover what our future selves will think of our present selves. In a way, we would be able to predict if time would change our ideals and way of thinking. Readying ourselves to move on from our high school phases would certainly not be easy and we may get lost along the way. However, this type of thinking will somehow be setting in stone what we want to be and will keep us grounded. It maybe a way for us to direct ourselves into the boulevard of success.

An important detail about time capsules is that it should have items of sentimental value and meaning. This type of matter will remind us of creativity, art which speaks of the youth, and our time spent composing our lives which are bundled into pieces of folded paper shared with everyone else. Encompassing the idea of reality and dreams being made while we are young, this is a great thing to look back to. This makes us think if we ever achieved this ambition, still going to, or currently living the dream. Personally, it would be a milestone to have achieved it in several years and that tiny origami paper will serve as a fulfilling checklist of when we were young dreamers. This concept makes us realize what changed in us, how we matured from entering every door to being cautious about how we stepped into the gates of opportunities. Along with the other limited items chosen to be added in the capsule, it would greatly support the theme of our generation, which includes aptitudes in arts and a futuristic perspective in thinking. It also comprises the notion of developing minds like ours, and how we see the world in our own point of view.

There may come a time where the first people to unearth our time capsule will not be us but future historians trying to decipher what the contents mean. I believe that our generation symbolizes the epitome of distinction and self-discovery, in a sense that this is the time when we truly take into account being who we are, what we want to be and have. A jar full of origami with our names and aspirations written in it exemplifies our understanding of our true selves, whether our disposition in life changes over the course of time or not. The fact will still remain that a piece of paper will give us the sentiment of being here and being a part of something special, such as a time capsule that introduces a part of yourself.

Artificial Intellegence

Advanced technologies can be very beneficial to our society in light of the fact that it makes communication and education more easier and accessible to us. Technology boosts productivity and makes societies wealthier, but technological progress is eliminating the need for many types of jobs and leaving the typical worker worse off than before. The negative effects of developing technology would increase unemployment rate because of computers or any machine that are being developed with human-like skills that can actually perform human tasks with even greater efficiency than even humans themselves. There are jobs that have been already replaced by technology such as the job of a salesperson due to the fact that most entrepreneurs or businessmen would most likely create a business through social media with the help of technology. Nowadays, business minded people would easily earn profit just by creating an online shop through Instagram or Facebook which means they do not have the need to hire employees. In this case, this can be very beneficial to the business owners since they do not have to pay salary expense but it is also a disadvantage to the people who are willing to work as an employee in the business field. On the other hand, there are jobs that technology can never take over and one of these is the field of politics and law due to the fact that these are jobs with relatively-high skills which means that a person's knowledge and creativeness is a requirement for this kind of job.  The field of law requires abstract tasks that require problem-solving, intuition, persuasion and creativity. Computers will never overtake the realm of politics because being in charge of towns, cities, and countries will always need some sense of human discernment that computers will never be able to offer. A person would be needed for leading the country because their main concern is about the people while robots do not have any feelings and they do not have the communication skills to understand the society and its problems which can make them do inhumane things to the people of the nation. Robots are only programmed to do one task and once their plans fail, they do not know any other solutions while humans will try to solve it. If we keep on building and developing these devices to take care of everything for us, eventually they'll think faster than us and they'll get rid of the incapable people to run the country more efficiently. Technology may be very useful for us but we should be also thinking about the downside of it. In conclusion, computers can never replace human ingenuity. Our leaders are role models, leading by example and giving direction when necessary. A computer can only give information, but leaders can lend a hand, or an ear, and discern what's necessary for the country to succeed, and to want to succeed. Artificial intelligence has made great strides, but it is not artificial life, and it is a long, long way from creating life-like characteristics such as experience, values and judgements.

A Job That Technologies Cannot Replace

Our world today has created advanced technologies that have contributed a lot in our society. Technologies have affected not just our society but also the whole world. It increases the productivity of humans nowadays. The advancements of our world today are highly unimaginable which makes you think about how life can be easy because of how amazing and helpful these technologies are. It can either benefit a person or on the other hand, bring disadvantages. A lot of technologies help us do things in an easier way. It is indeed proven that technology have replaced some jobs that people can do due to its advancement and without us knowing it, maybe in the future, technology will be the only one getting the job done for us. It is disappointing to think about it that way. On the other hand, these electronics just encourages a person to depend on them, which shows how people are productive but only with the help of these technologies. Human jobs have been replaced by technologies, which is really quite unfortunate.

Yes, technology can accomplish work like humans do but there are also jobs that a specific technology cannot do and only a human can. Humans started with just simple forms of tools like rocks and leaves which then developed into a more advanced kind of tool, which is what we have today. From the very start, humans are the only one who can rule and maintain this world. Technologies are just an addition to help us get the job done. If we depend on technologies, we will all be nothing but a lazy, useless living thing by the next 40 years. It is good that technology have been a great help to the world. IPads, laptops and many more have given a huge advantage to the people who have access using it. There are some parts of the world that are more advanced than other parts of the world based on their technological advancements specifically in Japan which focuses on consumer electronics and robotics. It is also good that Japan have created robotic-like job making machines that will bring a great benefit for people.

To sum things up, technology may have replaced a lot of peoples’ jobs but it can’t replace our existence. Humans are made to roam around this world. Humans exist because we are the superiors of this world. God made humans because He knows that we will be the ones to make this world a better place. There’s no technology in this world that will degrade the humans because humans are still better at getting jobs done than technologies and plus, humans did make technologies which obviously states the fact that humans are better than technology. It’s just that technologies are created based on their makers’ own perspective which can therefore prove why others think that technologies can be parallel with the human intelligence. To conclude, without humans, these technologies will not exist which states that technologies cannot replace this one, particular job, which is the existence of humans.

The Importance of the World Wide Web

The Importance of the World Wide Web

Ever since the Industrial Revolution from 1760 to 1840, which is considered a major turning point in history because of the numerous advancements that were made during this time period, there have been many technological inventions made that have contributed a lot into shaping the human race into what it is today. However, if there is one invention which can be named that truly made a difference in the world, it would be the invention of the World Wide Web.

The World Wide Web, or more commonly known as the Web, is an information space wherein web resources are stored and are identified by their own unique URIs, or uniform resource identifiers. The most common form of URI, one which everyone is familiar with, is the URL, also known as uniform resource locator. The World Wide Web is interlinked through hypertext links and can be accessed through using the internet. A British computer scientist by the name of Tim Berners-Lee is the inventor of the World Wide Web. He was an employee of the European Organization for Nuclear Research, which is a European research organization that operates the largest particle physics laboratory in the world. He submitted a proposal for what would then be known as the forerunner of the World Wide Web on March 12, 1989. In the year 1990, Berners-Lee along with a Belgian computer scientist Robert Cailliau proposed to use hypertext "to link and access information of various kinds as a web of nodes in which the user can browse at will".  The pair submitted a polished proposal on November 12, 1990. Berners-Lee completed the first ever website in December of 1990. He first reported about the project to the newsgroup alt.hypertext on August 7, 1991.

So many things would not exist without the invention of the World Wide Web. One such thing is the consistent availability of free and constantly updated information from all over the world, all through a single click. Without the World Wide Web, no one would immediately know the happenings from across the world, or even just from the next city. The availability of information helps the entire world seem smaller. The World Wide Web also facilitates contact, communication, and data exchange between users from all over the world. This results to the formation of personal relationships between people who may not even be in close proximity from each other. The entire world becomes closer day by day because of the World Wide Web.

However, the technology does come with its own disadvantages. While public information is one of the World Wide Web's advantages, there is always a danger of private information being leaked onto it. This includes names, addresses, and other possibly incriminating information such as photos or videos being spread for the entire world to see. It is also difficult for one to filter information they receive for it is a very large database. One could possibly receive unwanted information while looking for other information. There is no guarantee of finding what is required, and there is no control over the quality of the already available information.

Overall, the World Wide Web is a very useful invention. It has various advantages but at the same time, it also has various disadvantages. It is therefore up to the user to be responsible and decide whether they will benefit from the World Wide Web or not by staying safe while browsing it.

Conquering the Modern Day Workforce

It is no surprise that the workforce is on the move and changing at a growing rate. Successful management of a diverse workforce poses many challenges in the confusing aspects of diversity that exist in today’s workplace. Companies nowadays are looking to create a diverse workforce not only to have the best staff, but also to have the right mix of cultures as companies expand globally. Young adults are encouraged to be trained for this ever-changing global marketplace, and must be able to adapt to the advancements that come with it. The needs of society are constantly changing, and one's performance contributes greatly to the attainment of a stable and fulfilling occupation. It is crucial to leave a very good impression to hiring managers because this will influence their decisions on prospective employees. The major qualities and skills that most hiring managers look for would include accountability, perseverance, determination, flexibility, and technological capabilities.

Every employee who is responsible for performing an assigned duty in a proficient manner, and purposely decides to neglect the details required in completing these goals will be held accountable for their actions. Accountability in the workforce is an important necessity in order for a business to be successful. While perseverance is the key to every great accomplishment because nothing of lasting value has ever been achieved without it. The path ahead is strewn with obstacles. There will be financial setbacks, time pressures, illnesses and misfortunes. Some of the biggest obstacles will include self-doubt, insecurity, procrastination, and worry. This is when determination is a crucial asset to obtain. Employees often struggle to find energy at work, to mobilize their effort for high-quality performance, and to persist at work-related tasks. These natural tendencies are part of human behavior, but they can be thwarted by being determined to reach a goal, aided by motivation. A well rounded professional must be flexible, giving himself the ability to overcome deterrences such as deadlines and demands from bosses, answer questions, and solve problems without losing motivation to work or lose the purpose for pursuing and striving for greater things.

Most fulfilling occupations would encourage the use and assimilation of new technologies, presuppose the existence of a minimum of technological capability in developing companies to choose, acquire, generate, and apply methods that are suited to their development objectives. Such capabilities would determine the rates and patterns of expansion and industrialization. Though the concept is somewhat elusive, it is clear that those capabilities cannot be acquired overnight and that they will vary over time and through experience.

Modern society is continuously changing, affecting our social, personal, religious, and business life. It is clear that changes will occur and it is up to the young adults to make adjustments in order for him to fit within the system. Though the goal is to succeed, the young adult must remember that the path to success does not include stepping on other people. A mark of a true professional, is being able to do what he needs to do while helping others in the process.

All in Love is Fair

Being in love and being loved are the most precious moments in our lives. But no one can decide who is really meant for us because only God can. Love is when the imperfections of someone make you think its perfect. Love is when we feel at home with someone  no matter where the place is. Love is wanting someone so bad it scares you to think about losing them. Love is when you're always there for them no matter what. Love is when you think of spending  your life forever with that person. And sooner or later, you'll marry him or her. Because that’s how much you love that person to the point you're willing to spend forever with him or her. Marriage is an unconditional commitment to an imperfect  person. It is a decision for a lifetime, a judgement and a promise. But not all girls are meant for guys and not all guys are meant for girls. Sometimes it’s the other way around.

Last June 26,2015  same sex marriage has been legalized nationwide in the United States. Now citizens of the Philippines are rallying and fighting for their equal rights as human beings to marry whom they love and whom they want to spend their lives with forever. Because love is such a strong word which people are willing to die for it. All humans are gifted with love and has a free will to express it towards the person whom he wants to feel it and to become aware of it. But of course not all love relationships are always in the right estate. Some are experiencing it with complications and hassles. Just like in LGBTQ+ community, wherein in persons with complicated personalities and identities share common ideologies and perceptions. And I comprehend what they want to achieve in their personal lives. If I would to create a law, I would initiate America's law of same sex marriage. This law would consider the satisfaction and acknowledgement of the LGBTQ+ community. Being a gay, transexual, bisexual and other terms for them can't be blamed on the person himself or anyone else around him. Being that kind of person is caused by hormonal and genetically imbalance. No one doesn’t want to be treated abnormal and left out. LGBTQ+ want their voices to be heard. They also want to feel the satisfaction and happiness of the people who were considered as normal. LGBTQ+ wants to speak and be heard, to introduce and to be recognized, and of course to love and to be loved. They are  very much favored for the same sex marriage. Their love for each other also deserves acknowledgement and blessing from the public and especially from God who made everything possible. They deserve to freely express their adoration and care for somebody who they think deserves their love, attention and devotion. We should believe that nobody should be ashamed to show his love and affection because it is a natural gift from God. Nothing to worry especially when you know that you're not hurting or degrading someone.

Catholic church emphasizes that sacrament of marriage should only be for men and women. This belief should change because they should not put discrimination and isolation for other genders aside from being a masculine and feminine. Even God doesn’t choose the kind of person he loves. He loves us all, especially the ones who lost their path in life. If other humans consider that having other sexuality aside from being a man and woman a sin, so it is understood that being a LGBTQ+ individual is accepted by God. Just like God, people shouldn’t be judgmental on them. Let us accept and consider them as our brothers and sisters who also want to be happy and free.

Survival 101: The Real World

Education, as defined by Merriam-Webster, is the “process of receiving or giving systematic instruction”. When one hears this term, it is usually related to merely academics, like sciences, maths, social sciences, languages, and the like. But in reality, getting an education should be the ability to learn not only classroom smarts, but also real-life skills that will be able to help the student once he/she takes part in the so-called “real world”.

Holistic education is a type of education wherein the student should be able to strike a balance between his/her academic life, moral character, and extra-curriculars. The main purpose of this is for the student to know that once they leave the premises of their school, one won’t be able to survive the “outside world” if he/she only focuses on classroom-based skills.

Extra-curricular activities help the students broaden their perspectives on certain things, and for them to be able to see the world outside of the classroom. They will be able to learn even more through these, and they will be able to integrate these skills into their everyday school lives, such as critical thinking, teamwork and different social skills. Extra-curricular activities also foster a sense of commitment to a purpose or a goal, and these said skills will be beneficial in later life and in the workplace.

The students will be able to meet different people and form new relationships. It is important for growing children to have a wide range of friends in order to become well-rounded individuals. They will also be introduced to many diverse groups of people.

Through the avenue of extra-curricular activities, student will also be given different opportunities that can help them in the future, such as scholarship offerings from different colleges and universities. Not only do these schools look at academic qualifications, they also seek out students who can make a significant contribution to the university, and to the society at large as well.

These activities also help boost the student’s self-esteem, motivation, and over-all behavior as well. Because of this, they are able to improve their academic grades in the long run, thus making them have better time management skills.

But most importantly, extra-curricular activities are channels for the students to be able to discover their passion. This could open the doors to interests and talents that many students never knew they had. Because of the skills and talents that they will be able to acquire and enhance through these programs, it will be easier for them to know what they want to do for the rest of their lives as their career. They will be able to take the knowledge and experiences they garnered and be able to apply these in their future.

There are still numerous benefits that students can get from extra-curricular activities, either on an academic-level or even those that can help their personal lives. Removing this from the curriculum of the school will greatly affect the students, especially those who are actively-involved in them. The school will then only produce one-dimensional students, thus stopping the development of whole person of the student. Yes, they will be able to go through school easily, but will they be able to go out and survive the real world?

Bop to the top!

Globalization is rapidly changing the skills and knowledge required for workers everywhere. This makes the expectations higher and more competitive, such as valuing a solid educational background. When an individual is job hunting, he or she would need the right skills, education, and experience. But that’s not all you need to succeed, companies are also looking for other skills or qualities. In recognition of the changing work landscape there are four main areas in which all employers look for when they want to hire somebody and also the clients; these are the basic skills, thinking skills, people skills and personal qualities, most importantly. These are the basic abilities or qualities an individual need to attain to be able to set the standards for a company.

To attain to be a good worker, the first area would be basic skills such as what we practice or learn when we are in school. The company would want to make sure that you are able to read things, write important information down, know the basic mathematics or science, speak confidently in front of a crowd, listen critically and most importantly, to communicate well with your clients which could be either verbally or in writing. “The Forum of Private Business (FPB) has warned that many young people lack the basic skills required for business and hold unrealistic views of the workplace” (as cited in Business Zone, n.d.)
Second area would be thinking skills, these skills are developed over time; these include sense making wherein you connect things to create new ideas, creative thinking, problem solving and decision-making. The company would like to challenge you as an individual whether you could handle the situation professionally and if you are prepared to make important decisions. Critical thinking forces employees to look at a certain situation and weigh all possible solutions before making a final decision.
Third area would be people skills or interpersonal skills, this is similar to basic skills but these are what you learn in school by being around other people such as: social, negotiation, leadership, teamwork and cultural diversity. This talks about the ability to build fast relationships in the company since this is a must, such as working in teams, and to be able to relate to people in the workplace. Showing that you can work well with others is important for a company especially to a client. The company is testing you whether you are able to lead the group and treating everyone equally. Also the company would want to know how you deal with public speaking, if you are to represent the company in their standards.
The last and most important area are your personal qualities. This includes self-esteem, confidence, adaptability and flexibility, professionalism and work ethic, positive attitude and energy, and etc. The company would be able to see all of these qualities when you first come into their office. They will judge and base you on how you act around them whether you are serious in that matter or not. Having an idea with all of the four areas would make your life easier working in an ever changing work force.

These Four areas or skills are what a company is looking for in each individual no matter what field you are applying into. Even if that individual didn't do well in terms of education, as long as he or she is aware and have this qualities or abilities. This would help the individual be more prepared and adapt to the work place. Employability or these four skills will be the foundation of your career.

LA VIE EN ROSE _IA2

Inventions, technologies.

Life without technology is very hard, even our generation today can't live without their phones, social media and the Internet for a day. When you think about it, technology is part of our living now. Without it we won't able to communicate and live with our lives. With technology our learning resources are now easier to access. Technology helps us to grow further and make the things easier for us.

In the past few decades, people started to do some inventions. A simple sewing machine, electric fan, first electric car, and that didn't stopped there. These are the top six inventions that changed the world. Sixth invention is Communication, especially telephone, telegraph, radio and television. Communication is basically a way to communicate with others easily and in a faster way. Seventh invention is the steam Engine, this is a train helps us to transport good across the globe. It's the fastest transportation and also not only engines power factories that Made the rapid production of goods possible, they powered the trains be steamships that carried those goods across the globe.

If steam engine mobilized industry, automobile mobilized people. Automobile or what we call cars, helps us to go in the places where we want to go anytime. Our cities are largely designed and built around automobile access, with paved roads and parking lots taking up huge amount of space and chunk of our government's budget.

Since I'm scared of the lights, this might be the one of the best inventions. The fourth invention is the bulb. It works itself by transmitting electricity through a wire with high resistance known as a filament. You might think the light bulb changed the world by allowing people to work at night or in dark places (it did, to some extent), but we already had relatively cheap and efficient gas lamps and other ways at the time. It was the infrastructure that was built to provide electricity to every home and business that changed our world. Today, our world is filled with powered devices than we can plug in anywhere. We have the light bulb to thank for it.

Second to the most important inventions was the Computer. Obviously you can't fly an aircraft without constant computerized adjustments to control it. Also it has different programs that really helps us. It has video games, films, solve mathematical problems, and etch. Of Course some of the people in our generation today can't live without this next invention. Which is the Internet, some of them think that a computer without internet is useless, well it's not. But Internet may also help us to develop our computers. Like what I said, our learning resources are  now easier to access, this is because of the internet. We can access any information around the world because of the internet. Effects on business, communication, economy, entertainment and politics are profound.

I therefore conclude that the internet had the biggest impact or affect in our lives. The Internet is such a powerful invention that we've probably only begun to see the effects it will have on the world. The ability to diffuse and recombine information with such efficiency could accelerate the rate at which further world-changing inventions are created. At the same time, some fear that our ability to communicate, work, play and do business via the Internet breaks down our ties to local communities and causes us to become socially isolated. Like any invention, the good or ill it accomplishes will come from how we choose to use it.

I won't lie but human beings are smart. We should consider ourselves genius.

-C.Snow (informational, Prompt D, 2nd essay)

Attitude vs Skill

In this ever changing world, that always aims improve, has made the expectations and skills required in a job to be raised as well. The work force is highly competitive and education is highly valued. To be able to attain the job a real estate development company owner said that “the secret is that you must know what employers like me are looking for. I am looking for three traits: passion, integrity and commitment.” (as cited in The Philippine Star, 2015, K-1). Not only employers look for those traits but also clients. No matter how much the work force changes, or how high the bar has been raised, those three traits passion, integrity and commitment are always the basic qualities needed in an individual to become a good worker.
The first trait needed is passion. Passion is a strong feeling of enthusiasm or excitement for something or about doing something (Mirriam-Webster, n.d.).  When joining the work force, there is a need to love whatever job chosen and have passion for it. Passion gives the willingness and eagerness wake up in the morning to do work, to love the work, to try to improve in their weaknesses and past faults, to always strive to give excellence and to have satisfaction over the work completed rather than the money. Employers see that and will hire because of that. The second trait is integrity. Integrity is having a sense of responsibility and knowing what’s right and wrong. Let’s say if the job has already been obtained, but with just being dishonest and cheating the job it won’t last long. Employers look for good people, who will work hard and honestly. Being honest builds trust and it is important in every single job, whether it is to the company or to the client. To break that trust would mean to lose the job. The third and final trait is commitment. Commitment is a promise given to the company or client. When given a task, it is the obligation to finish it well. From that, people can judge if the work and person who did it is good enough and can be depended on in the future. A tip is to work as if your life depended on it. When working hard, giving the best and finding solutions no matter what even if everyone else has given up or gone home, shows your passion, integrity and commitment to the job. The work force needs people who are willing to give everything and have the best attitude towards everything. With these traits, people can rise to the top.

These three values are the basis of what is required in any job. Even though the person isn’t the brightest or the most experienced, with these three traits, it will help with becoming better and eventually becoming successful. Skills and degrees may be a requirement but if the attitude is awful, it will only turn other people off and drag other people down. People hire for attitude and not only just for intelligence and skill.

Academics bago Athletics

Education is important to one's development. Not only as students learning academics in a formal school, but humans growing as people adapting to their environment. We learn about the things around us and how they work, most importantly, our bodies. Physical activity is important to every person for their muscles to develop and to lessen certain health risks. Physical exercise is good but brain exercises are better.

Extra curricular activities such as sports, especially those in the varsity teams, may lack attention and focus to their studies due to the limited time they have left for studying and doing their homework. If their dismissal is at 4:30 pm, and sports training ends 2 hours later, they won't be home by 7 pm and still have energy to do loads of homework and performance tasks given to them. Most come home from 8 to 10 pm due to the traffic in the city.

Being in school the whole day alone makes the students tired. What more if they had training after the official school hours? To fully maximize their knowledge, they need rest and proper time management for the avoidance of cramming and rush projects. Some deadlines given by the teachers and student leaders are needed before midnight and there is a possibility these students are able to finish them, but their work won't be of a hundred percent quality of what they have learned and accumulated throughout discussions. More time must be allotted and focused on by students for them to achieve their goals in the future. If sports trainings are giving the students physical pain such as bruises, back pains, and/or muscle pains, it may trigger to the lack of focus and energy they need to be able to accomplish certain tasks. Whats worse is they could be missing out on their academics and prefer to stay home for a day or two to rest. Extra curricular activities, especially those involving competitions, do have their perks in accelerating the student's overall rank and grade for the certain term, but academic activities are more focused on by the school. Time management should be considered as a major factor. Students must be able to adapt and manage their time wisely, especially if many subjects are having the same deadline for their work.

Academics being given more emphasis would be the better idea. It is best for students to be able to learn, focus, and understand what they do in school rather than having inordinate physical activity. Future is what the students usually have in mind. They have goals which they would like to accomplish and positions they would like to pursue after college. In high school, more students tend to have endless important projects and things they have to accomplish to pass the subject. These pertain to how the school administration would evaluate the student's skills towards their becoming as intellectual and management-practical understanding persons. Having said these, the primary focus of students is to their studies, and to learn and understand how the things around them work.

That's Rough, Bra.

When a girl is asked what the most uncomfortable article of clothing is, it’s unlikely that she wouldn’t even think of not mentioning a bra. Even when the world decides to put every country under Martial Law, there is almost no way that the tides will turn and it becomes something “comfortable”.  Bras will still be the embodiment of both satire and a curse. The feeling is unpleasant—elastic fabric straps that constantly hug the shoulders too much that it aches; the metal clasp situated right over the spine, digging into the back as if some psycho decided to poke it for the rest of the day. What’s worse is when the bra is so tight, the clasp decides that it’s finally time to let go.

For someone who’s into sports, I’m chesty. Meaning, looking for sports bras is the absolutely one of hardest things to do. As much as possible, it should be cheap so that the option of purchasing plenty would be more open. It should also give medium to high support, because if otherwise, I would be lying on the floor, clutching my chest, feeling as if my insides have been tossed around like salad. But it doesn’t mean that bras aren’t worthless. It’s basically a torture device made to encase the breasts to stop it from moving like gelatin being transferred onto a plate, because it physically hurts more than how other people expect. It’s a creation with a purpose to support. It’s like putting a woman out of hell by giving her a different kind of hell to help her survive the first one.

Ah, there is nothing better than an infuriatingly ironic article of clothing that works like a curse.

For the purposes of education, here’s a story about bras, sports, and regrets to sympathize with:

It was on one unfortunate day when I decided to sleep in the middle of the night, resulting in a daze from the lack of sleep. The morning played out as it usually did, but I was more unfocused and unaware of what I was doing (it’s bad to sleep at 12 midnight when you know you’re supposed to wake up at 5 am. Don’t do let yourself live that way). Plus, it also took a real long time for me to complete the morning routine. But as soon as I finished, I headed out for school in an unbelievably groggy state.

The day went by normally—classes, cramming, and a lot of keening when the teachers announce more homework. On an even sadder note, varsity training was scheduled to happen on that day. Just when I thought that it couldn’t get any worse, I noticed, as soon as I arrived at the training venue, I accidentally wore a regular bra. The generic, underwire, padded bra with a clasp at the back and adjustable straps. The kind that any person in their right mind should not wear for any vigorous physical activity.

The 2 hours felt like abuse. It really had to be on that unfortunate day where God decided it was about time for our team to increase the extent of our stamina. We were constantly jumping, sprinting, running in place, and I felt like my lungs were being thrown around in my chest cavity. My torso felt like it was being twisted inside-out. The chest pains I experienced were so extreme it was as if the muscles were being detached from the ribs. Breathing, also, probably became more challenging than the exercises itself. There were a good number of things that I ended up regretting that day, and it could be said that I am worthy of surviving hell.

So take it to heart that you are responsible to your own body. Develop it to its best condition to easily breakthrough the negativity that may come your way. Keep the mind stimulated and always stay focused, unless you’d prefer regretting the choices you make. If you take all these into consideration, you know your life won’t be falling apart anytime soon. And for the sake of your physical and mental stability, always stay healthy, be happy with your body, and wear the right bra.

The internet, one of the technologies that made a big Impact in our lives

Many years ago no one could ever imagine that such a thing as the Internet would be invented. Nowadays, life without the Internet for the most people is unimaginable. Every invention has its time, and the Internet is the greatest invention of our generation . The Internet is a global network connecting millions of computers. More than 190 countries are linked into exchanges of data, news and opinions. Today, the Internet is a public, cooperative and self-sustaining facility accessible to hundreds of millions of people worldwide. Physically, the Internet uses a portion of the total resources of the currently existing public telecommunication networks.

It has made research a lot easier, as a person may simply hop online if he or she wants to find out about something. The “Internet”  is 21th century’s indispensable information source. We depend on internet for most of our business. It provides us with an infinite information about everything. One can find as much information as to more as what's needed. And as well as that internet is easily accessible. It is enough for you to enter a word or phrase to reach so much information about it. This not only brings time saving for a person but also the process is so short and not tiring for the individual. Furthermore, the internet will  always provides people with the latest information which is updated and ready to use as a valid information. Everything changes every time and in today’s world it is important to know what’s happening in the world. Especially,  internet is an indispensable technological development for teachers, businessmen and businesswomen, politicians, students etc. who always need the latest, updated information. In this respect it can be said that internet is crucial  for these people. And lastly One of the most valid reasons for people to use the internet is the opportunity to be able to communicate with people around the globe, such as one’s relatives who are living in other countries, far away from each other And through Via internet  it is now  possible for one  to contact a friend, relative etc. and visually hear his/her voice as much as they wants.
The Internet has lots of great benefits,  But there are two angles that people need to be aware of. The positive and the negative side, The top two dis-advantages are the following: over use of the internet, personal information..  The first to this is that Some people use the Internet too much and forget real life contact. It may now be easier to keep in contact with people you know, but it has removed any incentive to visit people. People pay fewer visits to other people because of their contact online. Children nowadays seem to loose their ability to communicate with others. They are used to communicate with others through via internet but they cannot communicate with people face by face fluently. It was a strange sight that internet had made people loose their ability to communicate. It is because people nowadays are overly depending on the internet. And secondly is that  If you use the Internet, your personal information such as your name, address, etc. can be accessed by other people. If you use a credit card to shop online, then your credit card information can also be ‘stolen’ which could be akin to giving someone a blank check.

the invention of the Internet. Has its advantages and its disadvantages, but we shouldn’t stop using them for its flaws. Because This invention has been a very useful in our everyday lives. It has changed our world and will continue to do so for the years to come. However, there are times when we are enslaved by this invention. What seems to connect us can in fact separate us from one another and reality. There  are many great inventions, everyone of them important for its time. The Internet, even it may have its flaws but it is still the most important invention of our modern time.
